Such a very nice stay for a loooong time. We loved this perfectly clean hotel with a very friendly reception. The venue's position was central.

There was no parking which we expected.

The staff were all excellent, exceptionally helpful. The hotel was in a central setting close to city centre. Plus, Jewellery Quarter was within easy reach.

Charming location and reasonably clean place, I liked classy staff. The continental breakfast was big: pastries, yoghourt, hot waffles, fruit and breads. Besides, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from downtown, that worked for me...

Everything was modern, personnel was friendly. Got standard king room when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. The property's location is perfect. There's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like pasta di piazza, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Otto, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Right place for a weekend in Birmingham! 20 minutes' drive to the airport
